Please note we take a 50% deposit at the time of the reservation.
Cancellations within 14 days of arrival will forfeit the entire deposit.
All other cancellations will incur a $25 cancellation fee.

Minimum Night Requirements: 2 Nights on weekends; 3 Nights over Memorial Day and Columbus Day weekends; 4 Nights over 4th of July and Labor Day weekends; and 4 Nights for the Dune Building and the Beach Suites from June 21th through Sept. 7th. NEW! Inquire about extended stay options.
Rates do not include state and local sales tax. Stays of 7 days and longer will receive a 5% discount.
