Online reservations for 2012 will open on Jan 30 at 9 a.m. and phone reservations on Feb 6.
Please note we take a 50% deposit at the time of the reservation.
Cancellations within 14 days of arrival will forfeit the entire deposit.
All other cancellations will incur a $25 cancellation fee.

Minimum Night Requirements: 2 Nights on weekends; 3 Nights over Memorial Day and Columbus Day weekends; 4 Nights over 4th of July and Labor Day weekends; and 4 Nights for the Dune Building and the Beach Suites from June 22th through Sept. 9th.
Rates do not include state and local sales tax. Stays of 7 days and longer will receive a 5% discount.
